How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
Freelancers are individuals; we are a senior-led network. You get strategic oversight, QA, and backup coverage. If your freelancer gets sick, your project stops. If a Swash consultant is unavailable, we seamlessly assign another senior from our network. Plus, we specialize exclusively in white-label agency delivery.
What happens if we exceed our monthly hours?
We monitor usage closely. If you approach your limit, we'll notify you. You can either upgrade to the next tier for the following month, or we can bill overages at a discounted hourly rate ($75/hr for Starter, $72/hr for Growth, $70/hr for Scale). No surprise invoices.
How do you ensure quality with a global (Canada/Nigeria) team?
Every project is led by a Canada-based senior strategist/lead who manages the architecture and client relationship. Execution is handled by our vetted senior talent in Nigeria. All code and deliverables undergo strict QA by the Canadian lead before being handed to you.
Who handles hosting and deployments?
We manage the technical execution, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. However, the commercial hosting relationship (e.g., AWS, Vercel, WP Engine bills) remains between you (the agency) and your client. We simply execute the deployments.
Can we start with a one-off project before committing to a retainer?
Yes. Many partners begin with a fixed-fee project ($5K-$25K) to validate our quality and workflow. If you transition to a monthly retainer within 30 days, we will credit the project fee toward your first month.
What is the commitment and cancellation policy?
We require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure we can properly integrate into your workflow and deliver compounding results. After that, it's month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
How does the white-label process actually work day-to-day?
We integrate directly into your tools (Slack, GitHub, Figma, Jira). We use your email domain or a dedicated alias if needed. We attend your internal standups and client calls as an extension of your team. Your clients never know we exist unless you want them to.
